Realty Referral Alliance is a sister company to The Realty Factor that specializes in referring real estate in all 50 States.

Real estate agents who hang their real estate license with Realty Referral Alliance are referral agents and are not required to join their local board of realtors, MLS or purchase a Supra Key. Realty Referral Alliance agents are able to refer real estate all over the country without all the cost of being a full service agent. Realty Referral Alliance is the perfect way for part-time agents to keep their real estate license active while still earning income in real estate when they do come across a real estate deal.

Many new agents find themselves starting their real estate career with Realty Referral Alliance. Once they have clients who are ready to buy or sell, they simply move their license over to The Realty Factor and join the board of Realtors. In other words, many of our agents use Realty Referral Alliance as a transition company as a way to "phase into" being a full-time real estate agent with The Realty Factor.

Commission Splits
The Realty Factor Luxury For Sale Sign

In the words of the oil barron J. Paul Getty, "I'd rather have one percent of the efforts of 100 people than 100 percent of my own efforts."

better to make 80% on 20 deals than 100% on 2. Show actually commission breakdown and mention $395 fee. Also mentino E and O. Also mention they'll make it up with overrides. If they want the highest split, 100%, they should open their own company because at the 100% commission companies you get no support/help. They should just get their brokers license if they are only interested in highest commission splits. If they ONLY want to do personal production...that's okay. But then you will always be looking for the next company that offers more for the highest commission split. You need a team. Be like the broker...have lots of agents so when you don't close deals in a certain month, at least you still make money because you have teammates closing deals.

24 Hour Pre-Recorded Hotlines

Have you ever seen signs or print advertisement offering “Free 24 Hour Recorded Information”? This call capture technology trend is growing fast. Here's why: People call 3-4 times as often when the call is free, available 24 hours a day, and recorded (non-confrontational). Some of the main reasons for loosing leads:

  • Surveys show that home buyers simply do not want to be hounded by real estate agents. So they do not call a cell phone or office number. However, when they can call a recorded message and get the information they want they will call 3-4 times as often.
  • You are not in the office.
  • You couldn’t pick up the phone.
  • The caller just hangs up.
  • Someone(receptionist) wrote down the wrong message.
  • Someone else took the lead. Some real estate offices play favorites.

In fact, 30-40% of calls are placed between 5:00 p.m. and 9:00 a.m., when agents typically are not even reachable.

The solution? A 24 hour pre-recorded call capture system. You will be given unlimited ID#'s for your listings, such as 4589. When a prospect calls the main hotline number they are asked to input the property ID. (Note: You will have a sign rider on your For Sale sign on listings and this rider will list the 24 hour hotline number as well as the listing ID# such as 407-792-3996 ID#4589). You can also place the phone number and ID on brochure boxes, flyers, mailers, newspaper/ magazine ads, website, etc. You simply follow our template and write the script prospects will hear when they call. We will have the script professionally recorded for you.

On the recording we tell the prospect "you can press 1 at anytime to be connected directly to the listing agents cell phone". If they press 1 our system will forward the call to your cell phone!

But here is the best part! Anytime anyone calls, you will be informed within seconds vai email telling you which property was called and the callers phone number. Whether the caller remembers to leave their number or not does not matter. Even if they have caller ID blocking or an unlisted number, our system uncodes 99% of callers phone numbers. You can then call this prospect back immediately.

They key is you will never lose a lead again.

Click Here to watch a video of broker/owner Joe Adkins explaining how the 24 hour pre-recorded hotline lead generation system works.

Web-based Contact Management System

Similar CRM solutions sell for over $200 a month. There is no recurring monthly cost with The Realty Factor...and it’s better than everything else out there. How do we know that it’s better, because we have used all the contact management systems on the market and couldn’t find one that we really liked. So we hired developers and built our own! Drip Email and 3 hours of how-to video training included.

This contact management system includes drip/automatic email, lead sharing with assistants and teammates, short sale listing tab for tracking and organizatino, automated plans that tell you what to do and when to do it and much more.

Blogging for Success

Blogs (short for weblogs) are the most used type of website on the internet yet most people do not have a blog or know what a blog is. You will get your own blog for free along with 3-4 hours of video training on how to use it.

Basically, it’s your personal real estate website where you control the content and speak your mind. We will set up your blog so that each time you make a new post to your blog, the same information will automatically go onto your facebook wall, twitter feed, linkedin profile etc. To see an example of one of The Realty Factor agent blogs, visit www.Kathi.com to view an example of the custom blog you will receive.

Short Sale Experts

SHORT SALES are 75% of the real estate market, yet most real estate agents are not familiar with the ever-changing rules/laws of short sales. Nor are they aware of how to tap into this lucrative market. Phone System

x-lite soft phoneEach real estate agent with The Realty Factor will receive their own personal office extension. When a client calls the main office number and enters your extension, your cell phone will be called. You are also able to install a 'soft phone' as you see in the image and when your office extension is called not only will your cell phone ring, but your computer will ring. Then simply talk to clients using the built in microphone and speakers on your computer.

The office phone exension has a ‘follow-me’ feature that will ring your soft-phone/computer first. Then if after 2 rings you do not pick up there it will then try for 4 rings on your cell phone. If you do not answer there the caller can leave a voicemail. That voicemail then will be emailed to you so you never have to call in and check your voicemail. Simply open the voicemail attachment in your inbox.

1. We understand how hard it is to leave your broker. a. A relative b. Long time friend c. Strong ties to brand.

2. You have tried it all. Don legrange etc branded websites, buy leads with no luck

3. Posted on Facebook, Twitter and still waiting for it to bring a lead

4. Networked with every investor group, Toastmasters, real estate group and it takes so much time. You just want to sell houses.

5. How about getting you own leads instead of buying them or paying a large referral fee to your broker for them.

6. 90% of real estate clients start there search on line. So why send postcards and attach door hangers.

7. Clients want to know what you can do for them. It is not about you.

8. Kathi and I to do a 5 minute video on the landing page www.RealtyCareerPath.com. Have them fill out their information to get more videos etc. We can also put a link to this document on the recruiting pagehttp://www.financialadvisorsinternational.com/downloads/FAI-agent-backoffice-website-tutorial-with-screenshots.pdf. Also the new agent checklist maybe...with the links NOT working. Also maybe a list of all of our tools?http://www.financialadvisorsinternational.com/downloads/FAItools.pdf.

9. create the 10 questions you should ask your broker based on the Josh Schoelly letter ,top things you should ask a real estate agent before listing...all about technology. Also amount of square feet versus number of agents. overhead, how much debt.

10. maybe also in the offer with the Short Sale videos we will offer 'Top 20 Questions you MUST ask before you sign on with a real estate company'. Then use the stuff in FAI>_TRF>recruiting>mailer 1 - recruiting.docx but change it all into questions...like 'Ask the broker/sales manager if they are utitizing blogs, do they provide you a blog for free as well as 3-4 hours of online video training to teach you not only how to blog and use the software, but how to generate buyer/seller leads from it'
